Portrait Session Booking Policy

Booking Deposit

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your portrait session date and time. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session.

Cancellations

• Clients must cancel at least 7 days (1 week) before the scheduled session.
  
  
• If the session is canceled 3–4 days prior to the session date, a $15 cancellation fee will be applied and a partial refund will be issued.
  
  
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before the session will result in no refund.
  
  

Rescheduling / Rebooking

• If you need to reschedule your session, a rebooking fee will apply.
  
  
• Rescheduled sessions are subject to
• availability.
  
  

No-Shows

Failure to attend the scheduled session without notice will result in forfeiture of all payments made.
